First and foremost, care of yourself like no one else will, or can. Be open to accepting help, advice, and learning from the experience of others who are positively moving forward on the journey of being addiction free. It's natural to want to try and help others here on NoFap, but some will only want to pull you down. Forget them, and move on. Keep looking up and moving forward and around at the people beside you in your fight. Do your best, and forget the rest!
I just tried to give my advice and support and was attacked in return. I concluded that he had not hit rock bottom yet, and wasn't ready to accept what I had to say. Also, got frustrated with people over the term MILF. Their opinion was it was okay, non-pornographic, and inoffensive. Just beginning to understand that we are not all on the same page here on NoFap. And that's okay. I appreciate all the good, honest, caring people here that have supported and inspired me in my efforts to overcome my PMO addiction.
I find it's best to "forgive them, because they know not what they do". It's hard, but when I start to get annoyed and frustrated(and I do, believe me I do) I get closer to relapse. Personally, I've found it all comes out in the wash. Those who are especially combative take care of themselves... With relapses. That's what I've observed on these forums. It doesn't fit exactly but kinda like "if you wait by the river long enough, eventually the bodies of your enemies will float by". Not that they're enemies, just they blow up.
