NEW FAPSTRONAUT: I'm on a journey to end this bad habit

Hi, my name is Victor. I'm 25 years old and I've been slave to PMO for over a decade now. I've had suicidal thoughts in the past and felt I was the only one caught in the web of this evil act. Upon stumbling on the Nofap session on reddit and subscribing to it, I started out on a journey of stopping PMO totally, a journey which I started yesterday.

I am glad to have also discovered this site, and hope to get the necessary support in the battle against myself. Once again, I am Victor, and hope to win this battle. I'm taking it one day at a time.

 

Thanks for the encouragement @Sapharian, it means a lot to me than you'll ever know. Also, I read something like getting an accountability partner and I'm not very clear on that. How can I get one or is there a forum designed for that purpose?
