Hello everybody I can't begin to express how pumped I am to have joined the NoFap community. I am a 20 year old male currently attending college and I have been a porn user since I was about 12 years old. When I first started watching porn all I was focused on was how awesome porn was. For years I didn't think it was a problem until I hit 17 and realized that my taste in porn had changed. It went from casual to hardcore. I also started to learn that excessive porn use is not good for an adolescent. I wanted to quit because I was afraid that I would suffer from porn induced erectile dysfunction. I have been trying to quit for 3 years with no success and I believe I suffer from PIED. The reason I say this is because I have a girlfriend and there have been times where I have not been able to achieve a full erection. Even when I watched "normal" porn I was not fully erect. I don't want to live like this anymore and I want to fix my problem. I started my streak at 0000 on Saturday June 17 and I have chosen the no PMO parameters. I hope I will be able to find the support to get me through this. Thank you all!

Hello DJ thank you for contacting me I really appreciate it. My current strategies are whenever I get bored and start thinking about porn I click on the NoFap app on my phone on click on the different buttons and see what is there. Whenever someone invites me to go out I go out with them so I don't get bored in my room. This is what I have so far. Is there anything else I could be doing? Thank you again.
Thank you I'll definitely use some of these tips. Like guarding my eyes and not taking my phone to the bathroom.
I just joined yesterday and I know I can relate. Ive never even been able to ejaculate from sex and I know it's because of porn. I hope you do well man. If you need anything just let me know. It can be hard to do this alone.
