I finally made it to 10 days(in my 3rd attempt) and I am feeling very happy. I am very happy with the few changes I did in myself, like I stopped waking up late night for studies and instead I made it a routene to sleep early and wake up early for studies(actually that's the only change I made but it has benefitted me a lot). Most of the time I pick up my phone I am just running nofap. I don't have any accounts on social media. I feel like I have a lot more time and energy.
Same as u but I didn't wake up early I have wasted time on my mobile and didn't studied I want to change my day routine
Just keep at it. You fall off the horse, get back up. It's not the failures that matter but all the little victories.
Thx everyone Sorry to say I relapsed today. I was watching YouTube, got carried away and started watching some sex scenes. However I decided I need to get back the time I have wasted and woke up till 3am in night, I am not experiencing any shitty feeling right now because of it. Very motivational. Thx.
