I notice I feel slightly more stable in my mind but still have brain fog, anxiousness and uncertainty with women. I had been porn addict for 16 years now.
Is there any hope for me?

    Hey man,

16 years is a long time, and is certainly much longer than 42 days.
It is known that for some people, completely rebooting can take up to 3 or even 6 months in the most severe situations.

Give your body time to heal, stay strong, and you will succeed. Much love.

Wow, 6 month of no masterbations or sex. It's difficult but I am determined to fix my life.

Hey man, addictions are tough. Honestly the addicted brain can actually take 3-5 years to fully heal from the damage that addiction causes. I'm not trying to scare you and say your reboot should be 3 years long. I'm sure you will see immense benefits within the first 3-4 months, but understand that this should be looked at as an ongoing lifestyle change. Don't worry about the amount of time. Just take each day and before you know it, a year will have passed and you'll wonder how you made it.
