    I just started, and i get crazy horniness some moments. Its like Im about to cum without touching my dick. Its like I only want hard sex. But I learned I can control the best by not touching my dick at all, and go outside, and do anything.

    But now its evening, and i dont get tired. Like there is so much energy running in me. Can someone explain this. Oh and weird mood swings as well. How long can this endure?

    Well, probably your brain chemistry is all screwed up, and it will take a while for everything to calm down. So at this point, you're probably just going to have to drink a lot of herbal tea, listen to soothing music, close your eyes, meditate, and above all, don't worry about whether you're able to sleep. Nothing is as sure to keep you awake as worrying about being awake.

    Yes. caffeine must be avoided. One cup is OK at morning for a day.

    Go for long walk work read!!! Take a Tylenol pm or NyQuil after few days try some melatonin!! Leave phone off or stay away from it only pick it up on the hour of you must

    You will be fine!! You can do this

    Struggling to sleep is common, you got a lot more energy, so use that energy throughout the day, maybe wake up early so you can use that energy

    I'm in the same position man.

    Everyone is different; some people hit the "flatline" period as soon as they quit, whereas others will become extremely horny to the point where it feels uncontrollable.

    This is the reason my streaks have been so short. I feel so horny that I physically can't think straight.

    Maybe do an extremely intense workout. Work out until you feel sick, until you're so tired the last think you're going to want to do is jerk off.

    Keep that up and you'll get buff and be killing your PMO habit. Win win!

    Struggling to sleep is VERY common!

    That is because your body has created all this extra energy and doesn't know where to put it haha. One thing that helps me is to do lots of deep breaths, and keep your body cool, as sweat, excessive energy tends to make the body uncomfortable. Cold showers, sleeping with a fan, drinking Ice water all help.
