try to occupy your mind with things which don't make you feel horny...then it will feel much easier to stop pmo
yeah, im going to do more meditation now, for example. it's crazy, good things for yourself are difficult to implement continuous, and the bad things are so easy tempting.
From the 20th july i was strong for 30 days. Had a nice nnevertheless i relapsed. Last pmo was this evening. From now on im trying again to be strong.
