  1. I was first introduced to porn when 12 yr old .That was our computer repairman who had installed a video player and he unfortunately forgot to delete the Porn video he brought with it.
since then I have been a compulsive mastrubator and I realised it 2 years ago.
I just cannot break out of this cage its so horrible.I cant talk to anyone with confidence,Also My academics have suffered a lot past 3 years.I used to be topper and now im struggling to pass exams.I dont have GF as i feel women dont like me and i cant see woman as they are.Porn feeded in my brain makes me look at them creepily at their assets and V's .Im also suffering from PIED and Sexual tiredness.

Can anyone guide me and help me here .this is my last hope.
I have tried quitting but i cant go past 3 day mark.
Please help me i need help.

  3. Hello @ThePMOdestroyer. I apologise that you didn't receive a welcome to our community straightaway. However, I am very pleased to see that you got involved and have posted dozens of times in your first week with us - that is really great!
That repairman was crazy! What was he thinking!? So, you have been into high-speed internet porn for maybe seven years now. That is your entire teenage life, when your brain is vulnerable to influence from masturbating to people having sex! There will be much damage, but it can be repaired 100%. In my opinion it will take much longer that 90 days for this to happen. It could take three or four times that long i.e. 9-12 months for the brain to be healed and return to normal.

Here is an important video. It will give you the basic understanding of this problem and how to recover from it. Good luck.

  4. Thanks IGY
I would like to invite you to be a regular reader of my thread(journal) as Y'all can give me proper suggestions and steps that may help me get cured faster.
Also I feel Left out and alone when among people of my age.
is it because i didnt experience my teenage years while being numbed by pMO .?
Also any tips of overcoming this disconnection@IGY

ThePMO, Consider making a Thread post in your age group, I find that it is helpful to in a way "vent" your day to the world.. and sometimes feels better to type things out and let your triggers to PMO subside.
    Best of luck Brother!

Hey man! I got into P at the age of 12 as well and had been into it for about 10 straight years . I'm now 24 and I finally overcame it after so many tries. Believe me it won't be easy ! With the perfect guidance from us and yourself I know you will power through this. Having an addiction is tough and we can all be in denial. But you are on the right path for realiszing you have a problem. Many people deny they have a problem. It was my girlfriend who made me realiZe I had a problem and that was four years ago. You don't have confidence because you don't believe in yourself you see shame guilt hate inside you and that's what feeds you. People may not be around you because they can sense it off you. I've been in those shoes and it's really hurtful. You say you see women as objects that's what P does to the human mind. It makes you objectify women because P literally treats them like nothing. There's no love in P just pure insane demonic action!!! Take each day a step a time don't blow it all in one day and say ok it's today and not have a plan! You gotta have a plan, if you quit something have a back up to take over what you would do during the time frame of PMO. Go for a walk read a book exercise do something that is right mentally for the brain! That's your first step! And I recommend keep a journal with you. If you don't have one get one! First few days you'll probably write down a lot of stuff and write down how many days it's been without PMO and have a set of days that you feel are accomplishments such as 25 days then 50 days then 70 days and so on! But let me warn you the first few days (21 days have been proven to be the worse) you will have all sorts of temptations urges etc literally fight them that's a sign your slowly starting to heal. You won't accomplish this within few days! It will take patience and during this time I know you will know yourself better than ever. I know myself for the first time after 10 years what I finally like and don't like! You can do it and always keep us informed. Even if we don't reply back. It's always better writing it down or posting it saying out loud than keeping it inside you. That's trouble and that's like cancer, you gotta get it early if u don't it will spread and make you go crazy.

    Good luck and stay strong!
