50 day completed.. difficulty level is increasing.. didn't gave up yet

Today i completed 50 days,it's the longest period in my life when i stopped pmo completely.. As days are passing it's getting very difficult.. Sometimes urges are very strong and most when i watch normal youtube video n saw cleavages..
