D.J I'm holding on Man! Since last Friday I Slowly everyday I'm gaining my Sensitivity towards Women I interact with. I can't believe how much Porn has robbed me of being intimate, especially with my Best Friend whom I lost my Chance because being so desensitized wouldn't allow me to be so aroused to iniate and take that relationship to the next level. This will haunt me til my dying days, yet drive me to regain sensitivity and become attracted to aspects of her in another Woman I hope to find in the future. and as Mohammed Ali once said " I learned from my Greatest Defeats how to win". All in all D.J No Fapping at all and your and everyone in this communities support means so much to me in these dark times. I hope to pay it forward once my Health and Fitness Online Copywriting Career kicks off.

Thank you Trevorphilipz and D.J, I get bouts of temptation so I best start relaxing using Tantra breathing and meditating. This Journey is like a Marathon, slow and easy wins the race, in case you didn't know hits deep everytime I read it and remember the words when temptation sets in, I call it the 'Muthafucker', and I vow to beat this problem to become the better version of myself than ever before. Thank you for the support guys, gonna read that article again for more Power as the withdrawal is so painful.
Also, as ideas, you could try sports or hit the gym or try to learn a musical instrument or a new language. There are many outlets to choose from. I myself have been entertaining the idea of joining a bowling league. Also, daily exercise is not just a good way to get/stay healthy, it works for nofap too. Trying artistic things like drawing, painting, learning a musical instrument are great hobbies and help the mental side. Keep your options open and try to find things that work best for you. You're right, I need an outlet, one that will empower me and work towards another goal in personal fitness. I'm looking at some options, so I'll keep you posted on what I've decided.
