Moving to a new city to live a new life and have new hobbies

Whatsup bros,

Im a 25 year old guy and I just recently found NoFap and im in love with this shit and I know that this can change all mens live for the better.

I have tried to quit fapping 3 times now, relapsing after 2 weeks each time, I relapsed last sunday after a night of partying and currently im on Day 2 again.

I experienced some really profound benefits from NoFap everytime after a week. Noticing an increase on my energy, confidence, mood and also clearly more attraction from women.

Now im feeling super confident that I wont ever relapse again and I can reap those awesome superman benefits from long-term NoFap.

Im Moving to a new City, to start a new job and a completely new life. I have signed up to a Gym, yogacourses and I start to do Muay Thai at August.

So im completely replacing everything that has ever led me to Fap. Im going to improve myself on every aspect, and completely beat the addiction right now

 

I also started to take cold showers every morning now, challenging myself to take cold showers for 30 days I have no Day-goal for NoFap the goal is to be NoFap for life!
