Hello everyone. Like so many I'm another young millennial guy who's fallen prey to the quick high of internet porn. At first porn is a blast until it starts causing damage to your REAL life and at that point you're addicted and you may not even know you are. I'm so thrilled that this site exists but it saddens me as well to know this has become such a widespread problem. Well, we're not alone and we can and must take back control of our own lives. I look forward to chatting with you guys and getting to know some of you because we're literally in the same boat and we need each other's support.

Also, I'm not a virgin. I've had sex plenty of times but not what I'd like to have had to be honest. And in the past several years my erections have been almost completely robbed from me and I can't even orgasm with a real freaking girl! Well, needless to say I've suffered from a deep depression over this but I suspect that's very common. My goal is simple but big: end my use of porn 100% and I mean 100%. In the future I'm certain I won't be able to view any without a risk of relapse. The second part of my goal is to then have a normal healthy sex life again and forever and actually be able to enjoy being with a real woman instead of a damn computer screen.
Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you. The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?
My first strategy will be to reduce the amount of time I spend online at least for awhile. If I spend too much time online I almost always wander to porn. It's also not just porn, I know I can't look at and download pics of naked women either because that will more than likely lead right back to hardcore porn. To ensure I don't spend too much time online I plan on exercising, reading and doing just about any other constructive activity to keep me focused in the right direction. And for the time I am online I plan on visiting this site often to keep me on track.
