Deeper voice!

Hey man,

Nice to hear this progress. I've noticed the same things, just can't say if my voice is much deeper but there clearly is a change. That's also because I am much more self confident and dare to speak more clearly and louder. It's really awesome to feel this way, women really do notice the change in me, even through the phone and my messages. There is a big change in my vibration and I really like it.

Can't wait to see the progress after more days of NoFap!

I thought I noticed this too; general man-upness.

 

Its the retension of testosterone.
Masturbating is the biggest waste of testosterone there is.
Also builds natural confidence.

I've been PMO-free for about 25 days and I have yet to experience any of the above mentioned benefits. I'm hoping one day it slaps me across the face and says, "I'm here!"

 

I am on day 4 of no fapping (even longer without porn) and I feel better than I've done in ages. Some of the benefits I've noticed:

-Got more housework and chores done than probably the entire of last year. Almost completely cleared out my storage area of junk.
-Women look more beautiful (especially their faces) and I'm checking out women on the street all the time like I used to before porn ruined it.
-More confident in dealing with people in real life and on the phone.
-Feel sharper and stronger in both mind and body.
-A general "don't give a F***" attitude when dealing with troublesome people.
