well what can i say... I've been struggling with pornography since i was about 10. the main reason it has always appealed to me in the past is because of it is mainly rooted from my childhood when i was naturally rather antisocial and i didn't have a ton of friends, so you would find me alone quite a bit. now here i am at the age of 17. I fight just like anyone else to stay above ground with this but i slip usually around a week or so every time. its gotten me to the point that i don't even want to stand up and fight anymore. the psychological damage that this has caused me is insane. Ive come to the point in my life where I'm fed up with it and I'm starting to "burn my boats" if you will with filters and blocks. I want success. I NEED IT and this is hindering my success. It must be dealt with :)

    hi,
I think you're on the right path. I will ban this stuff from my life aswell. Your thread has a good sound to it. Lets become men!

Be grateful that you found NoFap at 17; lot of us didn't find it until much later in life. Good luck!

  6. Good stuff, forthewin

Choose the life you want and live in the Now like you said. Map out each day in your mind, exactly the way you want to live your life.

    I'm here for you brother.

I wish I found NoFap at 17. Currently on Day 56 myself..a day I once thought it was impossible to reach. Keep going at it. You will relapse on your journey, just live and learn and success will follow; in life, school, and social life. Trust me, you'll see the difference and so will the people around you.

Really good from you! But i have one piece of advice; don't base your selfesteem on you quitting pmo or not. I know it can be really stimulating but in that way you're only focussing on NOT pmo'ing and it's better to focus on other things instead of PMO..

May seem a bit confusing ( english not native language)

  10. Really good points. Thank you.

Sometimes it's easy to forget. It's not about putting your energy into NOT PMO'ng, but instead, focus your energy into other things instead. Makes the process so much for fun, relaxing and just easier.

Good stuff. This is what I needed to hear for the day.
