Its been 2 weeks since i actually ejaculated on purpose and ejaculating from wet dreams. So 2 weeks no ejaculating whatsoever. I thought i was going to have a wet dream last night, but apperantly not so 2 weeks and a day. Anyways talking about semen retention, I always believed it is a load of bullshit, But now not really.. I feel so much better without ejaculating and keeping all that energy in. It just feels good for me to hold it in and have my balls full. I havent went so long without ejaculating including wet dreams since 7, 8 months. The longest without ejaculating whatsoever was 3 weeks during last summer in which when it ended by a wet dream, I was so tired and disappointed. I hope i never have awet dream again so i can use this extra energy and testoserone.

How would someone retain semen if their body is releasing it involuntarily? The only concious decision is not fapping. Rest is up to the body as to what it want to do.
