My goal is to never view or listen to pornography again - pornography defined by me as anything that intentionally arouses. I will not visit these types of websites, call these types of numbers or visit these types of places. I wish I could remember the last time it was that I looked at an inappropriate site - but I think it was around June 5th 2014. Yesterday I was tempted to visit an inappropriate site - not a typical porn site, but it would have been a visit that aroused me. So, I felt the urge and thought - 'I better keep busy' so I packed up backpacks with gear for an outing later that day. It worked like a charm - keeping busy and focusing on my true passions - my family and the outdoor adventures that we love so much!
I had a great weekend with my wife and kids. Went hiking and to a hot springs. I did not feel the urge to view P at any time during the weekend. I did feel tempted, do feel tempted, today. I am committed to not looking at anything that is inappropriate. I am praying for strength.
It sounds like you are well on your way and it sounds like you have a family that loves you and wants to support you all the way.

Still doing good - no porn (or anything close to it) viewed at all since 6/5/14; keeping the goal! And, I've talked with my wife about not masturbating and she is being very supportive. Whenever I feel tempted I let her know - this complete transparency is so freeing and very, very helpful.
