Today is a special day. I've finally gotten to 90 days! I tell you this journey was hard! while on hardmode! I've been in flatline so long I can't even remember when I wasn't. But I must say every part of this journey was worth it, and it's only going to continue. Mind you, yes it is embarrassing at times because of the social awkwardness moments i have constantly at work. But at least i developed self control and will power on this Nofap journey. No sudden boost of energy yet and confidence not fully restored. Eye contact occasionally gets better but goes from good to awful quick....I'm still anxious but I will say that thanks to nofap i have found many things to do to keep my mind off PMO. Very proud of myself.

Congratulations frogg05! Keep going! But keep in mind, that not every ''difficulties'' in life are caused by masturbating. Probably you would never be fully open in big social situations... And it's Okay. NoFap won't change every single aspects of our lives. Of course not. We still have to work on things (self development). For example NoFap gives you back your ''withborn'' motivation. Why? Because you have to work hard(er) to acomplish your goals. And think about it. Is it that hard - after 3 months! - to not to masturbate? Not so much. Or at least not as hard, as it used to be at the beginning. I had social anxiety. You know what I did? I walked up to random people (not on the streets, but in events where I know nobody [neither others]), and talked to them. First it wasn't easy, but now I am way more open, and quite confident. But don't get me wrong. NoFap is a great thing, and you should all do it, but don't thing, that only this will give you the life, you always dreamed of.
I'm proud of you, too, man. You may take longer than some to feel at ease in certain social situations, but I'll bet you can work your way through the awkwardness just the way you worked your way through your urges, and finally come to a place where things are much easier than they were. Thanks brother And i couldn't agree more. I know eventually I will be a social God because that's how I used to be before I started fapping. So I definitely know that nofap is going to end this unknown anxious depressed side of me and I will do the work for the rest, I've already started working out consistently for the first time in my life so now I'm going to be in shape and a social God lol i wanna feel alive again! And I'm starting to gradually.
