Day 5..great. yesterday was tough with so much temptations, but I somehow escaped. And was also able to bond with my dad, cause of PMO I had trust issues, it feels amazing to have someone u count on.

 

Hello all, i'm sorry, i've relapsed this morning.
The good news is that i think i've identified the root cause of it: i felt overwhelmed by discouragement this morning: work, musical project that didn't seem to take off, a lot of stuff to do at home as a single parent... This is why i gave into sin.
So guys, if some of you pray, please have a thought for me to help me win this war.

Day 6..woke up feeling strong and have been the same so far. Also feel good about sharing my views, being around others. My mind is also clearer.

Day eight completed. I was busy yesterday so I wasn't able to post yesterday.

Day 7, my first week am super happy. I feel great, I see that I can deal with stress by solving it not by fapping. Am thankful for this forum, the your brain on porn page, the YouTube guys whose advice is very helpful.

 

Day 3. Going good. The forum is awesome. It is like the anti-dote to the porn. Kudos.

Day 41. Keep fighting guys. Use time to take on self improvement.

 

Day 1. Let the self improvement and growth begin! Really need any support I can get. Hoping to find it on NoFap. Much encouragement to those who've started already and newbs like me alike!

After an amazing one week I fapped yesterday, was under a lot of stress and also let my guard down. I can feel my old me taking over the new me. But am not giving up, I have seen the results and I know it's possible, I really believe I can go 90 days n the rest of my life without PMO. Day 1
