I'm sick of telling myself "I will just look at funny jokes" and then end up clicking the dirtier ones and dirtier ones until I end up doing the exact thing I told myself I wouldn't do. The only solution in the long run is self discipline. You could try changing your routines up online to possibly break whatever pattern may have led you to read and look at these things, creating a new routine online is one idea I have until discipline is forged.
@someone1 Trying harder may not be recommended. I've read expert blogs that suggest other strategies for people struggling with erotic problems. We can acquire willpower and discipline and try harder at other things later on, but perhaps we need a more gentle but not any less wise approach for now?
I would suggest you study a woman named Kelly McGonigal too right away if you aren't familiar. I cannot share her site right now but just look her up she has alot of talks on YouTube and a book on willpower. She is driven by compassion and pragmatism. She also is a meditation teacher.
