Day nine completed. I decided to stop watching a show that I like, but has some explicit content. It isn't like super explicit and I didn't MO. So I am not restarting. It wasn't porn, I didn't PMO and I don't want to lose the progress I have made because of a show I like and watched.

 

I relapsed and I know why. Day 0 again.
