It certainly does because penis consists of muscle mainly and cartilage. It is like you are doing 3 hours of workout and not allowing your muscles recover from a heavy workout. Your muscles need energy means proteins , carbs and fat source. It is same as in fapping you probably edge for hours and hours because you are supernormally stimulated by porn and penis muscles need at least 8 hours of sleep as well as our muscular body after training. But in this case you keep working out ur penis muscles all day not allowing it to sleep . What i mean here is that our body and of course penis is muscle mainly. Principle is the same lol. Sorry if it sounds weird. And if you want it get bigger you should not masturbate because u lose semen a vital energy but train it like u train ur body
