Today is my first day at NoFap and i am taking 90 days NoFap challege . I have abstained few weeks back for about 45 days and again back to more of it .
Just past day four. It has been a tough start. Emotional turmoil, depression, the chaser effect, temptation- a struggle for sure. But, I've stuck to my guns and kept persevering onwards. I take the difficulty as a sign of progress. It shows that the fight against my addiction is succeeding, if my addiction and miswired brain attempts to fight back.
