30 yr old . all set to reboot

Hi all, I am already feeling a lot better after I've gone through some the posts here. Thank you all for creating this wonderful community.

I am a 30 year old Indian male, Though I'm not quite addicted to porn but addicted to something worse .. Prone masturbation. Due to lack of sex education in our country it was quite hard for me get proper information about sex or masturbation, somehow in very young age I started thrusting my penis on bed and getting an awesome feeling without knowing what that was. I got addicted to it.

At age of 14 I understood what it was, though I knew what was the actual process of masturbation but I keep doing it in prone method (wish someone stopped me then). Slowly I noticed that I was unable to cum without prone masturbation.

Then came Internet and all the of porn, without knowing the risk I mixed both the bad habits together. My X Girl friend came into my life at the age of 23.. but I guess I was already damaged my self till then... I was unable have sex with her. She stayed with me for a long time almost 6 years because we really loved each other but Sex is needed in a healthy relationship so for obvious reasons she left me. I don't blame her, it was my fault.

Right now for 2 years I am single, I started reading about this problem came to NoFap for a last try to cure myself so that I can get back to a normal life. I know its late and going to be quite tough but I'm still optimistic as there is no harm to try, I am already in No PMO for 7 days now and hope with the help you guys I may succeed.

Hi, First of all I'm focusing more on my work, I am a freelance web developer so trying to work more and learning new things like Android development hope this will keep me busy and not think about PMO.
