I had a relapse dream last night. Can any other members relate to this at all? In this dream I didn't masturbate as such, I used a fleshlight type device (it was basically a mould of a woman from the waist down) I don't think I was actually watching porn in my dream though. I remember that as soon as I'd orgasmed in the dream I felt so disappointed and low. Really upset and angry with myself. When I woke up I was so relieved though that it was only a dream and funnily enough for a split second I wondered if I should reset. I hadn't actually had a wet dream or masturbated in my sleep so hopefully with what I've learnt on this forum that it does not count as a reset? Still keeping strong, 13 days now and have no major urges. I'm sure there will be times when it does become difficult, but I am yet to experience them.
@ben_nofap_uk, yes I have had dreams of relapsing and feeling let down and waking up and realizing it was a dream. I guess subconsciously we are still thinking about it.
