I optimistically embarked upon an abstinence lasting 90 days, but quit after 5 days. Now, I can't stop, often as many as 5 times a day. I can't get enough sleep now, and I believe it's having a detrimental effect upon my penis ( I'll elaborate later).

Before, I decided to do nofap, my penis was an average 6.2 inches long with a 5.1 inch girth. However, it has shrunken considerably to barely more than 5 inches and 2 inches wide. I can't sleep until 6AM, because I am so busy trying to frantically fap. When I wake up, I feel so ugly and disorientated. Regarding shrinkage, I have noticed a considerable difference in my erect size- it's seems smaller and weaker.

I also get horny over absolutely everything now, and attain smaller erections throughout the day, which makes me even more depressed.

Is the penis shrinkage due to the tiredness, stress and constant fapping? If not, I'll be even more depressed.

I should also mention that I am 5 stone, and have started to diet.

It may be smaller now because it's not getting fully engorged with blood due to excessive masturbation, five times a day is exhausting. I did the same sort of thing when I was 15 and my penis did seem a bit weaker/less full then. You should have erections back to your full size if you take a break for a while, I can't say how long it will take though, everyone is different.

Thanks. Does the tiredness also contribute to it being smaller, temporarily? As mentioned, I cam't get to sleep until 6AM, and when I do wake up I'm still very tired.

Lack of sleep certainly doesn't help, it's probably playing a part as well.
