Today was stressful and difficult. There were and are definite urges to PMO. Almost done with day twelve.

So my 24 day streak was brought to an end a few weeks ago after dealing with some very stressful life events. Back to the start, but really feeling like I can and should finish what I started.

 

Today is day 28, Feeling good.

Starting today 11 Feb - have tried many times - never got further than 10 days - and then I tend to fall off the wagon badly. Need to make this one truly count. Wish me luck!

Today is now day sixteen. I made it past the two week mark. It hasn't been easy the have been times where I wanted to give in and almost did. From what I have heard week three is hard. I'll see how this goes.
