I know they used celibacy pants in the ages past, but are there things like that now? Do you think it might work? Like something that only allows you to pee. I tried to look something, and it seems they're popular in the fetish community, but they seem to restrict getting errection which I think might be damaging? I'm seriously considering some restraining device as I cannot control myself.
I personally believe that would a huge waste of money and wholly unproductive before we get to the health implications you also mentioned. It would be fair to say that you would not wear a restraining device for the rest of your life, but I assume like me you wish to remain free from P (possibly M too) for the rest of your life. If you cannot control yourself, then what will happen when you stop wearing it? It could be 2 days/weeks/years, but you will get sick of it and take it off, and if you have purely been restrained then you will relapse immediately. I guess my message would be don't take the easy route. PMO is an escape, and so to conquer it we must not look for an escape, a cheat, or something else to do the job for us. We must face the issue head on and learn to control the urges that dominate and ruin our lives. Don't waste your money on celibacy pants, if such a thing exists. It's not 'the way'. Do what you must to take control of your life and crush your urges in the same way you have probably felt crushed by your addiction before. NoFap is to break free, not to shackle yourself elsewhere. I needn't talk about the health risk as you seem aware of this already - I'll just mention here it to add it to the pile of reasons against this idea. Don't take the easy way. The hard way is the good way. It's also the way to get hard again . Seriously though mate, you can do this. No pants! That way it will be all you, and you will have total control over your urges. So-called "chastity devices" are sex toys. It shouldn't take much common sense to realize that playing with sex toys is the opposite of what rebooting is about.
