I need help i have been battling PMO for almost 2 decades with little no results i stumbled across this site on you tube wen a guy said he was on day 113 Nofap and it has helped him with his hair growth.
I'll be 28yrs old this year and have on being battling porn and masturbation since 2000 it started in boarding school and since then its been an addiction i have tried stopping with many relapses and am still trying.
From the forums and success stories i think i finally have a chance to talk abut ma pains and get help 4rm people who feel r once felt the same way i do, i don't know you guys but i would be needing any assistance form comments, encouragements, strategies on how to go abut quitting PMO so someday i can stand tall and help sme1 else.

Here we all are fighting a common enemy. Once you get aware of the harm PMO is doing to your brain and body you will automatically get determined to abstain from PMO.
