what habit did you replace your PMO with?? Because i heard that you can't really stop a habit but you can replace it with another habit.
I think you are correct in saying that it's replaced with other habits. These other habits can be good or bad. It takes a while to implement with good habits which I'm learning but slowly I'm trying too. My biggest reason for PMO is procrastination I need to be careful not to replace that with another form of procrastinating. I believe being aware of the problem I can act on it and whilst PMO isn't in my life, a powerful bad habit removed. The positives... Chess, exercise, nofap forum (receiving and giving support), productive pro actives steps in improving my life. Negative habits - increased wasting time on the net and drinking maybe a little more, Reading excessive amount of news and probably some others. I am working on these and use the time to be more productive.
