    Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone could share some experience or estimastions on the duration of my recovery. :)
I started to PMO at the age of about 9, but could've been even younger, if thats possible. I think I fapped regulary about 5 times a day until I was 18 years old or so and it went up to an average of 10 times a day without missing a single day since ever.
It went to watching some crazy shit on the internet which I don't want the specify but the whole thing fucked me up entirerly. I am 20 btw.
I' ve have been doing NoFap for about 2 months now and am currently on Day 17 and no more relapses in sight.

I am asking this question because I think my background regarding sexuality is a little bit more extreme than most of my fellow fapstronauts.

Hopefully someone could tell me when I could expect improvements (motivation, urges, social anxiety, ...) given that now I am just like a wreck.

No way to know for sure, but they WILL come. Be patient and keep putting in the work and you will be rewarded.

I noticed reduced social anxiety and the ability to talk/be around women without objectifying them around day 40ish. Noticed really big improvement to mood/motivation around day 80. Mind you I grew up long before high speed internet. I remember when the Atari was invented. I MO'd as a means of escape since I was very young, and it was certainly an addiction used to help me escape bad feelings. But I didn't get into the internet porn until about 3 years ago. On the positive side for you, you are really young and should be able to reset you neural pathways easier then someone who has had the habit for decades. It won't be easy, but it will work if you do the work.
