I've been with my gf for almost 2 years now and was planning to marry her early next year. Things changed in the past 2 weeks and she said last night over the phone that she cant do this anymore :-( The temptation to Fab was so strong but stayed away. I ended up eating a whole box of ice creams instead but the urges are still there :-( Help....
Hey man. That's alright. Break ups are tough and you gotta know what things to do and not to do. If eating a box of ice cream helps, then I say go for it! But if you want to keep that flab away from your stomach, then do some push ups and workout! Relationships can be difficult at times unless you have the energy to make a difference. Don't waste your energy with PMO. If you have energy, make a difference. Fix your relationship and ask for forgiveness. That's first. If you can't fix it, that's alright. I don't know what's going on, but just do your best. You have the will to carry on man. Keep going.
Nguyen gave some great advice chief. It must have been tough but I've never dated one girl for that long so my only real advice is to keep energy high and try to stay motivated.
Hey buddy I know exactly how you feel. Me and my ex lasted 2,5 years I was devastated when she broke up with me. I had insomnia for the first week, I couldn't stop thinking about her, It felt like I lost one of the biggest things in my life. sounds kinda cheesy now that I think of it but it's true. The good new is things do really get better over time. You need relationship help: head over to www.loveshack.org It's a forum that specialize in relationships.
