Wet dream is involuntary ejaculation of semen which is caused by erotic or that type of dreams. Its also known as nocturnal emission. Its normal to have a wet dream. Once you start NoFap you may or will have wet dreams its part or result of the rebooting process. Frequencies may vary but that doesn't need concern. To be honest I'm not sure why people are wary of wet dreams. It's a totally natural process that doesn't feel like a set back at all. I started wanting one when the pressure was building up and I wanted a release. We'll I was rewarded with a wet dream last weekend and it was a very pleasurable experience.
