Absolutely. Nofap makes you start to feel happier due to normal day to day stimulus through normal interaction. When fapping and watching porn, normal day to day interactions are mundane and do not bring much joy. One of the many benefits of nofap

That's good so you have experienced the same effect but it's still early in my journey I found NoFap a month ago and could not get past day 3 and now that I find my negativity to decrease I can go further and am currently on day 6

Sometimes you can actually use what might be termed "negativity" to your advantage. For example, if you harness the animosity you feel toward someone and use that to better yourself in order to spite them, it can turn into a good thing.

Hey, I think negative thinking can definitely cause a feedback loop for PMO addiction. The trouble is that sometimes shit happens in my life that I have no control over, which can make me more vulnerable to the habit. I've actually being staying off Facebook recently because (a) you can't control what you see -- more potential for triggers, and (b) there are so many negative comments, people seem to use it as a sounding board for their woes, especially (among my friends) politics. When I spend too long online and too long without interacting outside, that's going to make me more negative and more in danger. So although we can't totally control stuff that happens to us, we can guide our consumption of media to put us in a better mindframe. Keep up the good work!
