I PMOed and now I'm /depressed?

    I just broke a 13 day streak (my longest ever) and now I'm feeling really weak and slow. Kind of like how I feel when I'm severely depressed. Maybe relapse has brought on a bit of depression.
    Does this happen to others?

    Yes, this is very common. I would say the overwhelming majority of us here can relate to low energy an low mood after a relapse. :oops: This is one reason why it is important not to berate yourself with negative thoughts and emotions at this time.

    I should mention I don't know anything about the source of this information it's from a site I visited recently that I found on a video link from this forum. However, it seems like a pretty accurate description of how I feel after an orgasm.
