Keep going dude! Try again and no doubt you'll go further than before :D I'm new to the whole rebooting, first real attempt and i'm on day 8. Suffering from desensitizations and i'm praying that a hard reboot will fix things :D

    Hi Youness,

I do a couple of things to help fight the urge.
1)When I have the urge, I will focus my mind on the people I love and care about, and how my addiction has deteriorated my relationships, and will continue to do so unless I change.

    2) Avoid being Social Media for too long, specically Instagram and SnapChat. (The Daily Mail will try to shove Semi-PMO in your face everyday.)

    3) Push ups, LOTS of it. Do some push ups , if you still feel the urge, do some more push up, repeat until no longer necessary.

    4) Talk to your family, friends, or love one about what your journey to quit.

"There is no such thing as going back to square one. Ever If you feel like you're having to start over, you are trying again with more knowledge, strength & power than you had before. "

    I hope this helped,

    Max

You just spotted some triggers for yourself. The key is not discipline while perusing your triggers (although discipline is important for occasional accidental triggers), the key is to AVOID your triggers.

I like that push up method. I'm gonna give that a whirl.

Daily mail, the sun, insta are all saturated with semi porn! Good and solid advise there.
