Hey everyone i wanted to ask about sleep. So I've been addicted to porn and masturbating since i was 8. So one way this has manifested is when i sleep i fantisize until i either masturbate or watch porn. I'm on my first full day of rebooting but last night i woke up horney as heck. My other problem is I'll fantisize about love which is actually worse. I dream a whole relationship especially about a girl who i know doesn't like me. I'll make it extremely sexual which makes me feel horrible so I'll run to porn. How do i stop this how do i stop from thinking of this how do i shut that part of me down?

I don't know a lot of things, but I'm pretty sure you don't watch porn in your sleep.

Some people will talk about having control over their dreams, but that is some ninja level stuff, right now you just have to take it one day at a time and control when you are awake. Morning erections are extremely common, try being more lazy and not jumping out of bed.

I don't think daydreams about Romance are really unhealthy, but if they are leading to other things then it's best to knock them off for now. You have to catch yourself when you mind starts to stray. I have a mental picture of caging up whatever unhealthy thought I have that helps me.

If you know the girl doesn't like you, then move on, daydream about someone else.

Stop your fantasizing by replacing it with something else. Watch motivational videos on YouTube about success and being better. Go to nofap.com and motivate others. Get out of your own head and fantasies by replacing it with things that are better for you.

I believe if you stay focused and are strong enough to keep control of your thoughts, you'll achieve what you set out to do in the first place . Just remember not to get "too" comfortable ...
