Should I O?

    Hey guys. So I'm a couple of weeks into my current reboot. I've noticed the superpowers kicking in and I heard thats primarily from seamen retention along with disciplining your mind.

    Now I am have a dilemma. I have been sexually frustrated in the meantime (doesn't mean I will PMO). And I have the opportunity to get involved sexually with a few different partners.

    Would it reset my reboot if I were to do things sexually with someone or should I stay hard mode for a bit longer?

    To help answer the question the following reasons are my main motivating factors to why I have to chose to participate in NoFap:
    - fight social anxiety
    - confidence
    - brain fog
    - energy

    Im sure some would disagree with me, but I don't think some actual sex would break your streak considering the O you have wouldn't come from PM.

    I would limit it to one partner though. Maybe a friends with bennies arrangement wouldn't be bad.

    I am only two days into my reboot, however there is no way I am swearing off some actual sex, lol.
