28 days without pmo

    28 days without pmo and I feel amazing. I feel balanced, happy, more wholly complete, satisfied, I still have some issues with some mild headaches but it's ok. How are you guys improving?

    Rfapstronaut PMO is like a drug. You get high and it feels great, but you get nothing from it.. I have only relapsed once and that was after two weeks and I felt like shit. Now I am almost in four weeks and it feels GREAT! So think what you get in the long run, instead of that one "fix"

    After week two it will get so much easier

    That's right. I think comparison between alcohol addiction and pmo addiction is very similar

    I've heard that something becomes a habit after 60 days. If so, you just need to make it that far, and it will be easier to keep up.

    Yes, this is true. I find it remarkably easy to avoid P these days. I still engage in MO, but I have been totally P and P-sub free for 67 days, and my life has truly changed for the better.
