Total time spent doing pmo

305 hours, I'm fifteen so i caught myself early but still it has been a waste, this is total estimated time doing Porn or masturbating or both, i never looked at anything worse than SI Swim until last fall (exempt for two incidents when i was 12/13), and even then i can count the number of times that i have looked at naked people in porn on both my hands and both my feet (under 20).

 

I have no idea all I know is it's too much

 

How did you figure this?

 

I don't even want to add up my time. No way do I wanna know. It's been way too much, and that's enough for me to know!

 

Shit it's like 7000 hours. damn it i could've learned french in those hours.fuck, i hate porn!! lol.

I almost don't want to do this, but it's worth it, i think.

Let's see:

Since i've been keeping track, I've PMO'd about 150 times this past year. It's probably been an average year. Each time would be anywhere between 1.5 to 3 hour "session". High end would be 3 hours x 150 days x 10 years = 4500 hours. Give or take.

About two years worth if it was a full-time 9-5 job. Yikes.

Woa, you actually watched porn for 1.5-3hrs straight?
My sessions were like 10-15min for roughly 10 years = 0.25x300x10=750hrs yikes

 

Average 2 hours per day for 10 years... that's 7300 hours, so 1000 working days. Wowzers.

I'm going to put the positive spin on this. If I lost 1000 working days during the past 10 years by engaging in PMO, then by quitting PMO I will gain 1000 working days during the next 10 years. Another piece of motivation!

 

Good for you. I wish I had caught it that young. I started before you were born, and that's scary and depressing.
