    Hi all,

    My name's Barry and I am a porn addict. I realised a while ago that I have a problem but have been in denial about the extent to which it affects me. I struggle to be free of PMO for more than a day or two, though I haven't acted out for two days now. I'm taking each day as it comes and have been glad to find this community for support.

    Nice to meet you Barry. I am new here as well and I am into my day 3 without PMO. Let us keep remembering what our goals and visions are and keep our mind strong!

    Ya some posts attract more people than others, if ur not getting a lot if supporting messages,maybe it's better to treat it like a journal,and compare notes with the other posts. I've only had a couple people post on my thread "need to change", but it's still been helpful to read the other posts and see all the people going through similar situations
