Feeling brain dead and cant feel my face when i touch it.Did anyone experienced this?

hello i have been feeling lately kinda dead but im still alive i cant feel my face when i touch it.they have passed 30 days since i pmo and 22 days since i m.Also it maybe due to lack of 8 hour sleep these days because i wake every 2 hours in middle of night somedays.There is a day that i get a 9 hour sleep and the next day i take only 5 to 6 hours this is happening like for 2 weeks though its better this week

 

These feelings have stopped like after 1 and a half week in june, they were withdrawal symptoms just dont touch your penis and dont see porn images or videos its making it worse.After this i managed to do 94 days NoFap reboot stay strong homie
