    I've took notice that while I was sleeping last night that I had an erection and was hands was on it stroking but I stopped before to late....any body has done this and any tips???

    It happened to me once or twice when I was much younger. Not often enough for me to worry about it though. Then again, that was way before PIED. Sorry no tips. I would say as long as it doesn't happen too often, don't worry.
