Day 38, Wet dream. This a good thing or a bad thing?

    Hey, I found out about the noFap challenge awhile back and started doing my research. Found out that excessive PMO caused my DE. So i sought to cure it, and reap the other benefits of restraint. Just now as I was waking up,I had a wet dream about a girl I recently started talking to over facebook. Not porn, and the only thing we did was make out. As soon as we began, I felt like i was urinating I woke up and it obviously was not urine.

    TL;DR Does having a wet dream about a girl you havent met yet, but is still a real girl and youve talked to her quite a bit, a set back? or a sign of recovery? I'm 38days in and made an account specifically for this question.

    It just 'is' if you know what I mean. Its not a set back OR a sign of recovery. If anything its just your bodys way of 'off-loading' (a bit like a nose bleed if you had high blood pressure???) and I wouldn't worry about it. Oh, and just for the record its certainly not a 'relapse' as its beyond your concious control:)

    It is a sign of recovery. I bet u hadnt had wet dreams back when you were fapping, right?
    Your body has to get rid of superfluos semen and wet dreams are a natural way to do that. It's nothing dramatic.
