Hey, so I know I haven't fully rebooted yet, far from actually. But, I am seeing some benefits. So to keep track of them, and to refer to them when the urges strike, I'm going to put them down in a list here, and what day I got them on. Each one is a mini success for me, so I think it'll help! And if it helps anyone else, well that's a double success! Some of these might be a trigger, so I'll hide them from sight until clicked on. So if you (myself included) are at a moment of weakness, don't view them! So, the benefits: 10) more body hair 11) more confidence in small talk in public 11) more confidence to go to the gym 11) Spoiler: Trigger erections are harder, like rock hard 11) feeling happier in being me 13) move vivid dreams, and being able to remember them better 13) Spoiler: Potential trigger balls feel full, are larger, and firmer 15) the return of morning wood! 15) thicker body hair and head hair 18) need to shave more often 23) change in tastes of P 25) Spoiler: Possible Trigger increased sex drive, and libido 28) more clarity, time and control in general life 30) more power at the gym 30) better skin This list will grow throughout my reboot, so stay tuned!
Glad to know that you find it helpful! These may come to you, and they may come at different points. I can understand what you mean by a tough day, ever since I woke up, it's like 1 long drawn out urge constantly. :/ but I'm sure it'll pass. Just need to occupy my time productively.
That's great buddy, keeping a list of the benefits is one of the best things u can do. Keep reading these and reminding yourself of them, especially on the difficult days! Keep going mate and feel free to check out my journal if you get the time.
bit of an urge this morning, but mainly i'm happy to have morning wood again! been ages since ive had it. many might not get why this is a benefit for me. it not only shows that i'm recovering, but I haven't damaged it through years of PMO. and it makes me feel more normal again. like I've returned a little to my old, healthy self.
I only ever before needed to shave like 1 time every 3-4weeks. Now this is the 2nd time this week! Don't really know what's actually normal, but the beard I did let grow now has very different hair. It used to be blonde and thin and like baby hair. Now it's thick and actually my hair colour! Wouldn't let it grow though, don't think I'd look good with a beard, haha
yeah, so I know that change in tastes of P is a weird one to say. just to be clear: I HAVE NOT WATCHED ANY P. this I simply found out through fantasising. they've become a bit more vanilla. for me, it's a start.
How long was your morning wood gone I know it varies with different people but just wanted to know because I'm going thru that now...
Hey man. Well tbh, I haven't had morning wood in years. PMO took that ability away from me. So I was glad to have it back. It's a natural stage of this. Many people go through a point where they loose their morning wood, or erections in general. It comes as part of the flatline sometimes. Other times, it's just your body repairing the damage done to the penis. I know it's quite disconcerting, but take it in your stride. Enjoy this quiet period in the mornings. Trust me, you'll know when they come back!
Keep on trucking man! This reboot has definitely helped my sex drive and libido and all of that. When your penis is ready to go again, you'll know! Haha!
I'm ready I know one day @ a time it's been a while so lookin forward to living a regular life again without this crap!!
what I mean by more clarity and control is kinda hard to describe really. before I was PMO'ing about 4-6 times a day. (yeah I know, whoops), this meant I was always pressed for time and therefore in a rush. things that I should have enjoyed I could have enjoyed more, but I couldn't as there was like 4 things I needed to do that I forgot about. added stress=more PMO=more stress. (again, whoops) but recently, even though things have been a bit tough in tis department, I have been making lists before I go bed of what needs doing the next day. I found this stops me thinking about them so much when I go bed. also I seem to take less time doing whatever I write down. AND if an issue comes up, I can deal with it quicker and easier than before. I need to make sure that this list doesn't develop into some form of OCD where I NEED to get it all done. just keep it (like this list) as a way of tracking what I can do to make my life easier. cheesy I know but it has worked so far!
so apart from the ups and downs of today, I've managed to pull through. but for a few days people have been saying that I look healthy and well. I certainly haven't been doing anything different, I've been going back to the gym true, but even then I notice that I have more energy to workout. except now that my gym has flooded, I won't be going for a week or two! and I had a good look in the mirror today, i'm definitely less pale and spotty. so that's great for me!
Man Awesome!! So it's working out for you... Great!!! I've been back to the gym faithfully & I'm feeling better but I haven't gain any morning wood but have been have randoms I think that's good!! We are going to be fine My Friend... Let's just stay focused & Keep putting up the Good Fight!!
That's incredible man, are you taking any vitamin supplements, change of diet, or new exercise routines?
hey man, my flatline/repair finished yesterday. spent the whole day larger and harder than before, the morning wood did not go away. so if you're popping random ones, that's a good sign that the repair is nearly done. so just watch out! haha, nearly caught me off guard! we will be better than fine.
