Erections and urinating during no PMO

    Hey guys, I'm on Day 14 of my first no PMO challenge. One phenomenon that I've experienced, and maybe some of you have too, is that whenever I get erections and they subside, or if I wake up with a semi, I have to urinate. Has anyone experienced this? Does it subside the longer the PMO abstinence? Just curious.
