This is my first thread in a long time, I've relapsed a lot of times since that las time... So this is the problem, the other night I discovered my hot neighbor undressing from my window, since that day I noticed she does that every night at the same time, and I feel really tempted to watch her and to MO, although I haven't since that first day... SO I'd like to know if you guys have been dealing with something similar, thanks a lot
Don't you feel like a creep wanting to PMO off your neighbor? Granted, I used to see a voluptuous woman outside or on Facebook and that'll lead me to a porn site. However, we must garner the inclination to desire that voluptuous woman outside or living next door to us! My neighbor, she's married but she does women's hair, and the women who come are beautiful. I must now, in my journey, formulate enough confidence to socialize with attractive women to enhance my probability of potential romance. The PMO and relapses are hamster wheels
I've never been In a situation like that.. At least not in real life lol but I think you should do the right thing and let her know that you can see her undressing herself. Wouldn't you want someone to tell you that if you were the one that has someone looking at you while you're getting naked. Imagine if that was your mom or sister? Do the right thing. Plus that's a major trigger.. Ps I looooove the show House lol

Your energies are better spent doing something for yourself and enjoy the joy of conquering yourself as opposed to momentary pleasures. I see beautiful women every around where I live. I just don't see the point in wasting my mental and sexual energy on these kinds of thoughts/pursuits though. I can still appreciate the beauty of a woman and I don't shun women in anyway shape or form but my vision is changing about things, i'm no longer putting a lustful camouflage on life anymore. My sexuality is now something I am beginning to be in harmony with.

Yes I agree with Lazarus Shuttlesworth. Tell her. You'll get instant "this guy is not a creeper" points.
I'd not strongly advise you to let her have her privacy, but go one step further and advise that you completely stop ogling girls. It's a destructive behavior that reinforces chemical hits in the brain and makes it all that much harder to succeed in your mission. At first I thought I'd stop staring at girls asses in the street until I'm 'rebooted', but as more time passes I realize how creepy it is that I do it anyway. Time to let that shiz go.
