Northern Newb

Hi forum peeps!

Tried to reboot a few weeks ago and lasted a week and a few days, felt the need to become more accountable and take action that will lead to a better result. Just installed k9 and Self control app to assist. Its the triggers that get me. I'm 35 and have had enough, need to build up my self discipline and figure out a new approach and lifestyle change. It all started along time ago back in the limewire and yahoo group days. Its literally taking half my life and destroyed enough goals that it would be easy to just keep giving in, but there is so much more to life and I've finally found a place where I'm not alone in the struggle. Here.
