Hey there, I'm looking to give this whole NoFap thing a spin. I don't know how deep down the rabbit hole I really am, but I feel like a certainly fit the profile of someone this would be beneficial for. It has recently become more noticeable, as I started to undergo hormone treatment for an unrelated health related problem, and while that treatment has been great for the symptoms that it is meant to alleviate, I have found these sorts of compulsions much more prevalent. I'm looking to maybe start with 30 days, and any interested company is welcome! Ill try to update every couple days. Today is Day one.
