This addiction seeks novelty and when regular sex does not fill that dopamine rush, you seek out novel things. You have become desensitized to sex, and soft core videos, so your brain needed more and more novel things to reach that high. Your ED and delayed ejaculation will disappear when you go hard mode and quit using anyghing fake to get off. It will get better and your brain will repair itself, which will repair your body as well when you quit for a while.

Keep focus on needing to get better and remember the turmoil that porn has caused you while you are doing reboot. It will get better, stay dedicated. Good luck

you are definitely in the right place. Make a list of your life with porn. See yourself when you're 30 years old, all the way to 70 years old. Feel how you would feel if you still using porn at 70 years old. See how much pain is around you. And vision that life for at least 20 min.

Now envision a life of porn free. See yourself getting married to an amazing woman and having children. Being the most amazing dad in the world. See what your house would be filled with during the holidays and birthday parties and so on. Spend some time on this part.
