Hello- I recently ran across NoFap and am starting a one week reboot tomorrow. I first started watching porn at the age of 12 and have not stopped since. Over the last couple of years, I have begun to realize it's a problem and have tried many other methods, books, 12 step conference calls, etc and have not had any success. The idea of completely shutting down though and giving my body the chance to realize what it's like to not watch porn or orgasm appeals to me. Wish me luck everyone and good luck to you all!
I wish you luck for the reboot. I hav aslo started my 30 days rebooting process and my situation is pretty much like your situation. I would suggest you to have an accounatability partner, having an a.p can streamiline the process of rebooting.
